Terms of Use
These terms set out the conditions for using Digital Fashion News Archive (the "Service"), operated by fidefumi (Hidefumi Ogino, the "Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Service is an archive of links to news, papers and resources on digital fashion, with summaries, tags and comments written by the Operator. Some articles are open to everyone; the rest are for members only.
2. Membership
- Membership types, prices and periods are set out separately on the sign-up page and in the notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
- Accounts are for the account holder only and may not be lent, shared or transferred.
- One account can be logged in on one device at a time.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Sharing, lending or selling accounts
- Copying, reposting or redistributing member content (summaries, tags, comments, etc.) in bulk
- Bulk collection by automated programs (scraping)
- Interfering with the Service, unauthorized access, or anything illegal or against public order
4. Rights
Rights to linked articles and images belong to their publishers. Rights to the summaries, tags, comments and structure of the Service belong to the Operator. Short quotations are welcome with credit (the Service name and URL).
5. Disclaimer
- We take care with summaries and tags but do not guarantee their accuracy. Please check the original source.
- Linked pages may have changed or been removed. The Operator is not responsible for damages arising from linked sites.
- The Operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
6. Changes, suspension and closure
The Operator may change, suspend or end the Service. If it ends while paid members exist, we will give advance notice.
7. Suspension of accounts
If these terms are violated, the Operator may suspend the account without prior notice.
8. Changes to these terms
The Operator may change these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes regarding the Service.
